BUT let me explain why!! Yesterday Stef with an F and myself completed THIS bad boy:
I mean…holy crap…first off, I take the stairs up to my office (4 flights thank ya very much!) and this morning my buns were burninnnnnn. And let me tell you, after a workout like that nothing feels better than getting into bed. Honestly by the third circuit I could barely do the side elbow plank with leg lifts. I could hardly do three reps so I decided to modify and just drop my hip to the ground and do the leg lift and it was still a struggle! I’ll be taking the day off from the gym today, or maybe just some walking on the treadmill for me!
