Such Fall. So Fashun.

So now that Labor Day weekend has passed can I officially start fangirl-ing over fall fashion? Please say yes. This past week the high each day was around 90 and somehow all I could think of was over the knee boots and plaid infinity scarves. The fact that I’ve been holding in my excitement is really a miracle. I think the fact that NYFW is starting and my apartment pool has closed (sob-zero percent chance of getting a tan now) means I can be officially obsessed with fall. (Is it too early for suede though?! Serious question…)

I find it pretty hard to peg my style. Last fall and winter I’d say I channeled my inner Blair Waldorf pretty hardcore. Tights, heels, tweed skirt, adorable blouse WITH coordinated cardi. Yes. This year I just really miss the college days of leggings and oversized sweaters. (Have I mentioned how badly I want a pair of basic-betch uggs?! What’s wrong with me?! Maybe I just miss college…) As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t really have to dress too professionally for work, but how many FP dresses and oversized sweaters are accepted until there’s an intervention? I guess we’ll just have to wait and find out… 😉

I’m waiting until after fall fashion week I visit my parents and my momma takes me shopping, to commit to any new purchases…so this inspiration will have to do for now 🙂 Side note- I started writing this as one blog post and I guess I’m just too pinterest crazy inspired so I’m breaking it up over a few days. Consider this my fashion week report hahaha.
